I believe that there is:

ONE God, who, for reasons we don't understand, chooses to manifest Himself to us in 3 personas; Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
(Note: I did not say "persons". I believe that just as God has many names within scripture, He has 3 ways of manifesting Himself to us. I do NOT believe that God has 3 separate and distinct "entities". I believe in ONE entity; God, with 3 separate "titles". I am a son to my father, a father to my son, a husband to my wife,etc. but there is only one of me. And that's as clear as I can make it, I have a human mind. ;))

I believe that "All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness," 2 Timothy 3:16. Therefore the Word of God is our only authority. We believe God has preserved his word for English speaking people in the Authorized King James Bible.

I believe that there is only ONE way to God, and that is through and by Jesus Christ, our messiah and savior.

I believe that God became man, and because He loves us, lived, breathed, taught and died among us physically as the Lord Jesus Christ.

I believe one must personally acknowledge that he is a sinner, and pray to God to forgive him, individually (personally), for his sins, by virtue of Jesus' death for us.

I believe, that one should be publicly baptized in the name of Jesus as a TESTIMONY to his belief, but that the belief alone is what will save him before God. Baptism is an act of obedience to God, not a way to salvation.

I believe that baptism is to be by submersion, following acceptance of and faith in Jesus.

I believe that man is saved by faith alone, and that faith is the gift of God. I believe that "works" are a testimony to our faith in Christ, BECAUSE of His death and resurrection. "Works" cannot save you. But true faith cannot exist without PRODUCING "works."

I believe that God is, was, and always will be.

I believe that God is not only painfully aware of, but totally in charge of, everything currently happening on Earth.

I believe that Satan truly exists, that he hates God, and that he personally hates all who try to come to God.

I believe that God is omniscient (knows everything: past, present and future), omnipresent (He is everywhere at the same time), and omnipotent (He is in ultimate control. There is nothing He cannot do, except deny Himself or His character)

I believe the Bible is the inerrant (error free) Word of God Almighty, given to us by means of His Spirit.

I believe in the literal 6 day creation by God of everything, as recounted in Genesis 1. I do not believe that God uses a watch, or perceives time as we do, so I cannot say that one day was 24 hrs. Scripture teaches elsewhere that 'a day is as a thousand years unto the Lord'.

I believe in the literal and physical existence of heaven and hell. I believe that man is right on one thing: "A loving God will not send anyone to hell." He won't. It's something that each person that goes there will choose. He has made the plan of salvation and redemption, and clearly revealed it to us in His Word. Hell was created for Satan and the fallen angels, not man, but man will be allowed to go there if that is what he chooses.

I believe that "For it is written, As I live, saith the Lord, every knee shall bow to me, and every tongue shall confess to God." (Romans 14:11)

I believe that we are living in the "end times", and that this generation will see the return of the Lord Jesus Christ, in Power and Glory.

I believe in Jesus Christ, his only Son, our Lord.
He was conceived by the power of the Holy Spirit and born of the Virgin Mary.
He suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, died, and was buried.
He descended to the dead.
On the third day he rose again.
He ascended into heaven, and is seated at the right hand of the Father.
He will come again to judge the living and the dead.

I believe in the Holy Spirit,
the holy Church,
the communion of saints,
the forgiveness of sins,
the resurrection of the body,
and the life everlasting.
